SGX OCR Bootcamp
Spartan SGX is a group fitness program that will target your whole body, improve strength and cardiovascular endurance and push you out of your comfort zone! It is designed to create a positive team atmosphere of fitness, nutrition and lifestyle that optimizes each person’s performance. It is unlike any other bootcamps. You will bend, crawl, carry, climb, hang, jump, lift, lunge, pull, push, run, sprint, squat, balance, stretch and twist… exactly what your body has been designed for! We will meet outside, inside, in the heat, in the rain and in the snow! This class is an excellent training program for anyone preparing for a mud run or obstacle course event as it is taught by a Certified Spartan SGX coach! AROO!
