Athletic Performance

The trademarked Top Form, Inc. athlete program is based on a five-level series that presents escalating challenges in a range of fitness skill areas.

Athletes are matched with certified personal trainers who utilize a large variety of equipment and exercises designed to improve all aspects of athletic performance. Athletes can expect to improve balance and agility, gain speed and power, increase strength, improve mental concentration, and decrease their potential for injuries.

Adult Personal Training

We create unique and individualized training programs at Top Form. We listen to our clients’ personal goals and then customize a plan for each individual. We lead our clients to success through the education of movement, empowerment, and giving our clients the opportunity to have a little fun while breaking a sweat.

Clients will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with our experienced, professional personal trainers, or they may choose to work in a small group that encourages and empowers one to take ownership of his or her fitness. The small groups will, of course, be guided and coached by one of our fitness professionals.

SGX OCR Bootcamp

Spartan SGX is a group fitness program that will target your whole body, improve strength and cardiovascular endurance and push you out of your comfort zone! It is designed to create a positive team atmosphere of fitness, nutrition and lifestyle that optimizes each person’s performance. It is unlike any other bootcamps. You will bend, crawl, carry, climb, hang, jump, lift, lunge, pull, push, run, sprint, squat, balance, stretch and twist… exactly what your body has been designed for! We will meet outside, inside, in the heat, in the rain and in the snow! This class is an excellent training program for anyone preparing for a mud run or obstacle course event as it is taught by a Certified Spartan SGX coach! AROO! 

SGX OCR One on One Training

SGX is one of the most challenging and rewarding training programs you will ever take part in. With our One on One training you will work with a Certified Spartan SGX Coach and have an individualized transformational lifestyle program. We are strengthening and conditioning your mind, your body, and your spirit. You will work through three phases that build upon each other to become physically and mentally stronger, regardless of your starting athletic ability. You will have homework and challenges outside the gym. You will also have 24/7 support from your Coach! Whether you’re just getting off the coach wanting to live a healthier lifestyle, or an elite athlete looking to improve your time and avoid burpees…we’ll get you there!

Top Form Bootcamp

This high-energy class mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training. The classes are always different, so you never know what fun you are going to get! You will however always get an incredible full body workout that will improve your stamina and leave you stronger than you were before! We train inside and out, weather depending. Come ready to sweat!

Team Training

Have your team come to Top Form or have Top Form come to you! Learn what your team is really capable of through a variety of speed, strength, power, and agility exercises.
